Please be sure of when to do what for your committee.
Having said that, it means going through your final proposal with all your members and making necessary amendments you need after the 1st dec recce.
Go through the problems faced, improvements to be made, etc.

This xBlaze recce camp will be our final recce before the actual event.
Please note that it will roughly determine how the J1 ODACians deem us J2s next year.
