EDIT!~ (BELOW)

Xblaze

Good job everyone for the recee today at ubin! we really appreciate the amazing attendance (:
If you still have any issues to raise, please do approach bibi, mans, or eee!

China

If any of you are still unsure about the packing stuff, and layering, just ask me if you want. Or better still, head down to Velocity and ask the pro. (:

As mentioned, we'll be having a cultural and a educational segment.
We'll most probably be discussing this tomorrow. For those going China, please try to turn up tomorrow, ODAC room at 12pm. Wear school base tee.
Some of us will be taking this time to clear room. We'll most probably meet up first, discuss and get out a plan, go out for lunch and buy whatever materials needed, and head back to the room to do them up. Sounds like a plan? (:
Do take note that the side gate might be locked.

For souvenirs, according to Mr Wong, we can consider photos, SG postcards, Music CD (chinese). Souvenirs are according to houses. So we really dont have to standardize what we give. I personally feel its better if the things are different, so that its more of a personal touch rather than a "must do" thing. And the villagers won't be so childish as to compare the presents they get -.-

We'll be having a cultural dinner where all the host families will gather. So we might need to consider whipping up some local dishes on one of the days. ohmytian. Anyone knows how to cook chickenrice, bakkutteh all those? (the packet type one)

I apologize for all the rushing of things to do. If we all would cooperate and help each other, i think we'll be able to pull this through, and make the remember us. (:

For the individual segment, i will be doing up an excel and attaching it to the odac gmail. Please do check there!

EDIT
Please try to bring your OWN toiletries, eg. toilet paper, powder, wet wipes, shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste. So as to not trouble any one cause they will probably pack for themselves and they may have to end up scraping what they brought.
