Ok life sucks, live with it.

I attempted to sign up for NVM online today, but the stupid system sucks, so i registered in half way, and now they aren't gonna let me continue. so its a half done registration. -.-
I decided to go back to old school, and settle this black and white.

Ive printed out 40 forms, which i require ALL your signatures.
